What the newsletter form collects

The signup form asks for your email address. Subscribing also lets our newsletter provider record basic technical details it needs to run the list, such as when you signed up and the page you signed up from. We use your email only to send the AwakeMRI newsletter and to reply if you write to us.

Who processes it

Our newsletter is run on Beehiiv. Beehiiv stores your email and sends the emails for us, so it acts as our processor. Beehiiv's own privacy policy covers how it handles data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles page requests and may keep standard server logs. Pages load the Public Sans font from Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for health information about you or your child, and we do not run advertising trackers. Please do not email us medical details. This site does not have accounts, and we do not take payments on it.

No selling or sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share your email with hospitals, sponsors or advertisers. We share it only with the processors above, and only to run the site and newsletter, or if the law requires it.

Unsubscribe and your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us and ask us to delete your email address. We will remove it from our list.

Children

AwakeMRI is written for parents and caregivers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
